Payment

Quad Bike King require credit card details at time of booking. This will secure your tickets. We will charge the credit card the total amount of your booking, plus a 2% charge to cover credit card fees.

Payment can be received by direct deposit also. This form of payment must be received prior to us making a booking on your behalf. Our banking details are as follows and you will need to contact us to use these funds to secure tickets:

Shipping Cost, Confirmation & Policy

Bookings are instantaneous 24×7×365 and, once your booking is made using funds received, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your booking within 1 minute. There is no cost for delivery of these tickets.

Cancellation / Returns

If you cancel within 48 hours of the time of your booking as detailed in your ticket notification email, or if you do not show up for your booking, there are no refunds. If you cancel with more than 48 hours notice before your experience, you can get a full refund. Contact us to cancel with over 48 hours notice and we will refund your credit card immediately. If you paid by direct debit, we will return your funds within 5 days and usually the same day we hear from you.

Rescheduling is allowed with 24 hours notice. A rescheduling fee of $25 per person is applicable.

If less passengers show up for departure than originally booked, there are no refunds unless more than 48 hours notice is provided to Quad Bike King.

Weather & Other Adverse Situations

Quad Bike King reserves the right to change or alter the adventure for safety reasons such as in extreme weather conditions. We also reserve the right to stop any of our passengers from continuing a quad bike session, if our safety instructions are not followed by the passenger, or if the passenger behaves in an unacceptable manner.

Customers will be refused a Quad Bike Adventure if they appear affected by Alcohol or Drugs of any kind. No refunds apply in this situation.

Quad Bike King is an all weather activity. No cancellations will be accepted due to wet or windy weather unless suitable notice is given.

Duties & Taxes

All prices advertised include taxes.

Late Arrival

Quad Bike King asks that all our customers arrive minimum 30 minutes prior to departure. No refund will be provided for late arrivals. If you are running late, please be advised we cannot hold the ride for your late arrival. We will endeavour to place you on a later ride for that day if bookings allow, but that is often not possible.
