A real all-rounder role
Workshop skills meet great days outside
You'll move between practical workshop jobs, customer support and the occasional trip to the dunes. No two days need to look the same.
Help customers reach the beach
Drive manual vehicles and help move customers and equipment safely through the day.
Join the adventure
Support customers, help the team and occasionally join a tour out on the Stockton dunes.
A good place to work. Our workshop overlooks green fields, and you'll join a team that enjoys a laugh.
Bring what you know
Hobby mechanics welcome
You don't need a mechanic qualification to apply. We care about practical ability, a willingness to learn and the confidence to get stuck in.
- Auto-electrical knowledge is a bonus.
- Off-road experience is helpful, but we can train you.
- Enjoy practical work and helping customers have a great day.
Full-time package
$70,000 + benefits
Part-time and casual rates are discussed to suit the arrangement. Choose from permanent full-time, permanent part-time or casual work.
Quarterly staff fun days
Every quarter we close the business for a team day—jet skis, paintball, horse riding or whatever wins the vote. Free lunch is included too.
The non-negotiables
You must be ready when our customers are
Tourism is busiest on weekends and during school holidays. Reliability and safe judgement matter every day.
- Hold a current driver licence and confidently drive manual vehicles.
- Have no record of drink-driving or drug-driving offences.
- Be available for rostered weekend shifts and throughout ALL NSW school holidays.
- Be reliable, safety-conscious and comfortable helping customers.
